Vodacom 3rd Party Service Providers ******

Vodacom 3rd Party Service Providers are calling the elderly ( pensioners) and selling them cellphone contracts and upgrades calling after hours to confuse them. They are forceful when I called to cancel the contract on behalf of my grandmother because she was *****ed by the sales agent I was told by vodacom after sales that this has been happening for a while and that these sales agents are targeting the elderly. If vodacom has been aware of this **** since January about their 3rd party service Provider why is still continuating? I am very disgusted. I would also like to know what are their processes and procedures in giving contracts and new lines to people that dont work but earn pension it doesnt matter whether their credit record is clean, because one of the sales agents told me that my grandmother's credit record is clean. Why is vodacom passing numbers to their 3rd parties for the elderly dont they have system that shows the age of the person? How can they sell a contract to a plus minus 83 year old. Maybe vodacom you need to upgrade your systems and your database.
