Vodacom

I have logged a complaint about vodacom regarding my phone to be repaired. They called me to assist with my phone. Nonetheless as usual nothing has been done. They can't even find the phone according to them they gave it back to the vodacom branch in lenasia. I called the branch in lenasia they don't have the phone. So who has the phone the repair branch in alberton said they can't help me...trade route branch say they can't help me....so where's the phone. Now I know why vodacom is useless. I got my Hope's up saying they going to get it done but meanwhile the phone is missing....now who do you complain too about the situation
