Vodacom
Since Friday, I have been having problems with my WIFI. I took both my routers to Vodacom, and they did something and when I got home, the routers were working. Saturday morning, the routers were not working again, so back to Vodacom I went. The gentleman who assisted me, advised that it could be my router and that I had to upgrade the router, which I duly did. I got home and the routers were working. Sunday morning, same story all over again. Monday morning, I was back at Vodacom, highly irate and frustrated. The same gentleman assisted and told me that I had to wait for the call that he had logged to be resolved. I went home nad my routers were still not working. I sent my daughter back on Monday afternoon, and after she complained about how must I work, without a service, and we are paying customers, he told her that we are welcome to take our accounts away from Vodacom. I have been with Vodacom since 2000, amd to hear this when she got home, ****ed me off. I have three cellphone contracts with Vodacom, and three WIFI routers with them. Then he told her that we had to buy sim card, and buy data to use until the issue was resolved. This really annoyed, as I just felt that I am already paying for a service, why must I go and spend more money when I should not have to in the first place. I am so peeved that he told her that she I can move all my accounts if I am not happy. I guess it is something that I will have to look into as each contract is due for an upgrade. This is shocking service from a company
