*********** VODACOM
Vodacom is the most *********** company ever!!!!! I have an outstanding query that is not being attended to, but they keep on sending me automated call messages re outstanding amounts. Yoh, keep calling my kids on their phones when the account is in my name - looks like these guys are not aware of POPI act either

04 Oct 2023, 12:20Hi, I have rep**** to your mail and still no feedback. In the meantime I have received nasty warning letters and unlimited robot calls for payment promises. I have spent 2 hours on the phone the last 2 days with no feedback. Please advise what is the outcome of my query ***. It is impossible to get anyone to assist. I have now been referred from Acounts *** to call 086123 666 but there is no repsonse. Please assist.
