Vodacom

Good day. I don't know if Vodacom have some money troubles but it looks like it. I got an upgrade on my data bundle without my knowledge and jumped from R279 to R334....it's been more then 3 months that I took advantage on my phone and when I put on money they took over the R20 i didn't own anything to them, my daughter took a R30 advance and when loaded money on her phone vodacom took R59 ekstra for the R30.....people please be aware.....I'm 10 years + with vodacom and never had any troubles like this, but the lately it's no pleasure to be a vodacom customer.
