VODACOM *******

got signed up for fibre by Elisabeth in my area i was told to leave my current fibre of R380 for Vodacom's fibre for R450 per month with a higher speed was informed the network stays on during loadshedding ...1stly network is off when it is loadshedding 2nd got a bill for a rdicoulous R800 and guess what Elisabeth reads my messages on whatsapp and doesn't reply and she doesn't answer my calls at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want my old router back that vodacom removed and i refuse to pay a bill of R800 ....UPDATE!!!!!!!!!

vodacom has debited my account with R800 saying they dont have 1 month free instead of DEALING WITH THE INCOMEPTENT PERSON ELISABETH WHO THEY EMPLOYED FOR SALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IM SUPER ANGRY AND VERY ANNOYED THEY COULD DEBIT AND JUSTIFY THEIR S*** VERY FAST YET MY OTHER ROUTER THAT WAS ****** HAS BEEN REPLACED...IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE FEEDBACK AND REFUSE TO TAKE ALL TH BS FROM THEM OR ELISABETH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
