VODACOM!!!

Vodacom has the worst customer experience and their Agents are very rude. Whenever you have a query regarding a cancellation nor requesting a call retrieval regarding a contract that they claim that you opened, they never assist. Vodacom refusal to come collect a product I was not supposed to receive and them double charging me is mind boggling. If you need to open a contract with Vodacom, make sure that you do your due diligence before you are forced into something that you had not planned for!
