After struggling for more than approximately a month, not receiving calls from my regular callers, doing a simswap etc., the issue was resolved with a competent consultant Dylan based in Cape Town, as well as Ashley sourcing the consultant, thank you guys!!! Looking forward to another 24 years with Vodacom as my cellular provider
