Vodacom

I'm very much disappointed with vodacom, a bid company like this and they are ****mers.ordered the router last year and the network coverage was not working I'm my arrrea,I called Vodacom the same day advising the network is not working and they must come and collect the router till today no luck.i have more that 50 calls calling vodacom they **** and said someone called me to collect the router and I never answered.one guide saidbj.must take it to the nearest vodacom and I went they said nit was an online order they will not accept.to.nownim getting email saying I owe vodacom 10 grands for the network that has never worked it's still on the box.i called again with no luck.im going to take this further to ombudsman as I'm not getting any help lawyers are calling me to pay for the services that has never ever worked I'm sick and tired of this....I think the consumer commission will assist further vodacom will have to listen to their calls from day 1...I'm tired of this...
