Vodacom

So i paid vodacom on the 25th of the month so that they dont deduct money off my account on the 29th which is 4 days in this time the money already showed in there account. Then they take off the full amount on the 29th so i put in a reversal claim for my money that i paid them. first week 3 email where sent for refunds. Then on the 5th i called to sort out my refund and they said that it will be paid on the 12th. So today i call them again 30mins for the lady to find my account details and the refund request. Then i get told no that they are taking it off my august account *** are you dumb or just stupid why would i ask for the money back if i could have just done that. She then said she doesnt know when it will be done still in pending stage.OMW really 7days and still in progress. I spend an average of R3000 a month with them and this is the service you get. Well some sad news for you this will be my last contract with vodacom..
