Vodacom

Very bad i app**** for a contract online i was approved and all good they were seposed to call me back to check my details and never phoned me i called them and they did the check up and told me ram will deliver my phone 3 to 5 working days on day 3(working days) i phone them to check if all is good but they say my papers is at validation department they promise next day it will go out next day i called them again and it was same storie this is going on for 2weeks now they promised next day and still no phone now they say homemark got my contract and they decline my vodacom one i never app**** at homemark vodacom i app**** at vodacom online only i wasted more then R100 bucks in airtime calling them and still they cant get my papers right every day they promised tomorrow and i gave my details and explaining the story over and over to different people and no body seems to get it fixed Vodacom is not helping me and its going for 3 weeks now
