VODACOM
After writing review about Vodacom on Saturday 27/09/2019, I received a call from Vodacom from 082 275-97. I spoke to a lady that PROMISED that I will get a call from VODACOM MIMOSA MALL BLOEMFONTEIN yesterday. Guessed what??? NO CALL FROM VODACOM!!! The lady I spoke to also said that she will call me back before close of business yesterday, or first thing this morning. SURPRIZE!!!!! She did not call back either!!!! Vodacom, I will not leave this here. I have been a Loyal customer for about 20 years and this is how I get treated??? Do you treat all your customers like this? Let see if they phone today to try to explain this round of **** service. I AM WAITING FOR YOUR CALL VODACOM!!!!!
