Vodacom
6 moths struggling. Got 2.new contracts that i didnt ask for. They phone me December 2018 telling me i am going to pay less. 1st debit order there after i contact them because my bill is so high. I was informed that i got 2 more contracts. Nr 2. 2 months ago some one phone me again to pay less on my previous contracts. That 2 contracts expire next month. So when i cancel the contracts they inform me that the contracts is renew for another 24 months each. Sitting with 5 contracts. Suppose to have 1. Not acceptable. I email. Phone go to vodacom. Also cea. Nobody can assist you. Every time you have to wait. They escalate my problem. 6 months . No resolution. It is not acceptable. No service at all. Just take your money all the time!!!!!
