Vodacom

Vodacom insurance Cellsure is a waste of money. I submitted a claim and all documents was submitted. A claim number was processed and the store advice the phone is not available. I purchased the phone at another store as advised by The insurance company who then advice that the claim amount will be transferred to my account. This never took place. Furthermore Vodacom continuously charges me insurance. I’m so sick of paying to vodacom for services not received.
