Vodacom
Went to make a wifi contract deal at Vodacom shop in Rustenburg /biblio plaza at Game, was misled by vodacom consultants to buy 199.00 24 months for the good 299.00 wifi data deal=90 data=60 daily +30 night owl, they claimed the 299.00 deal was no longer available, only to find out later that its still available, now the say its impossible for me to reverse or cancel it, would u help me fix this issue urgently cos I can see they are doing on purpose for the cancelation days expire, please help, it's frustrating, concultant name is Nomsa

14 Jun 2019, 18:43Am so disgusted by vodacom.even their head office can't resolve my problem between me and their mobile shop, how come vodacom can wrongfully notify me that a client cannot cancel nor reverse the wifi data deal I did with them,why misleading the consumers, or just because am a mine employee they convinced themselves that it's impossible, I mean within 14 days, frustrated, misled and disgusted client.
