Vodacom

After my brother died in 2017, Vodacom claim R28000 for his cellphone accounts. The accounts was about 4 months old. Now that the lawyer paid the money over to Vodacom, they are telling me the contracts are cancelled. I asked then what about the data and airtime that we have paid for on that account, I personally feel my Mom must get it, because that has been paid for, they told me the account is stopped and we don't get anything. What happens with all that airtime and data that has been paid for the full 2 year contract. I think it is very low of them to run a business like that, how many of their costumers die and then they just keep the money for them self, so they score all the way.
