Please note on 24/04/2019 uploaded 2 x 1gig video bundles neither have worked please contact ********** 657 urgent it is not the first time I have had a problem it has been continuously for the pass 4 weeks with no resolution to the issue

24 Apr 2019, 19:37Vodacom does reply to responses via hello peter there call centres dont give you an option to speak to an agent no agents call back how does vodacom solve an issue when you cant contact agents when needed even if you reply via e mail to customer contact e mail address the issues is addressed between 48 and 72 hours and numerous times i have received smsed stated that i have missed a call from vodacom when no call ot miss call was or ever seen on phone vodacom have to give customers an option to speak to an agent when you contact their call centre as every other network
