Vodacom
Hello in 2017 I opened an account at vodacom in kolonnade mall Pretoria. Shortly after I left the store, the sales lady called and told me my application was not approved. After a month Vodacom started to debit money out of my account. I went back to find out what happened because my account was not approved, they told me my account was opened. I spoke to the manager to resolve the problem. Till today my ITC reflects negative because of Vodacom. I have been to a couple of stores including the kolonnade branch and no one can help me. Please advise on a possible action to take!
