Vodacom
Vodacom called me to offer me a cheaper package on my data all the while knowing I have a 30 gig contract that I was not using up. They had explained to me that they are going to make my package cheaper and cancel the other contract. The first debit order has gone off and I now have an extra contract I did not want. The person sold me something I did not need I am very disappointed by this treatment of vodacom. I have to waste time and money to resolve this problem which could have been avoided had the staff member not sold a product I do not need.
