VODACOM
Vodacom has become a huge problem, I have had no signal for 7 days in February and now again for 5 days from the 4th March till today. I am disgusted at the service, cables have been ****** from the tower in Craigieburn South Coast KZN and it takes 5 days to replace them, what kind of service is this??

11 Mar 2019, 08:40Vodacom has NOT contacted me via ANY WAY! I am not sure who to contact but will use all avenues to get a response, I have laid complaint with ICASA as well. Why must I pay for 3 contracts with Vodacom when I have no service? Are they going to pass a credit on all 3 my accounts for the days that I had no signal??
