Vodacom
Went to the shop yesterday, there was no one at the door so I waltzed right in only to realize 10 minutes later that I need a ticket. I finally got one and I waited for an hour cause the was only one agent assisting new contracts , while two agents were chatting at the door. I got tired of waiting and told the agent I'm leaving and he was like "Oh okay cool, bye!!" No emphaty whatsoever
