I am still waiting for Vodacom to call me regarding the upgrade deal that I was promised, Vodacom already added the R200 to my monthly bill and I did not agree to this package/deal. Vodacom PLEASE NOTE that I will reverse the debit order on the 17th Feb 2019, I give you my word. You will NOT GET a cent until my account has been sorted and the money that was debited from my account is reversed.

I agreed to the upgrade where Vodacom told me that I will get 5gig for 190 per month, my current contract will stay as is I will get my call time and sms but instead of 2gig I will now get 5 gig and my monthly installment will be 190
