Vodacom

My mother is 79 years old and she "thinks" her cellphone is broken. It is however not broken, it is hard locked by Vodacom! Can the contracts departement from Vodacom please call me urgently! Your facts is actually ver wring and in your misplaced interpretation you are doing a wrong-doing. Het Husband om death bed. Het only means of communication. It should become ******** to Hard Lock any Cellphone belonging to humans, 75 years and older!? She tried to explain, but, nobody is as deaf as those who do not want to hear!! Sadly, you are wrong Vodacom!!

Vodacom, indications are that ***** had been committed as an Upgrade Cell-Phone was delivered to an unknown individual. This contract was cancelling in writing per your Terms and conditions and, my mother did not receive ANY UPGRADE NEW ISSUE CELLPHONE AT ALL. Please call me to resolve this matter Please make this Line a Pay as you go AND RESTORE THE WRONG ITC LISTING OF MY 80 YEAR OLD mother. We are starting legal action in 14 days from today. Please supply me with an email address to send our final demand to Vodacom and advise you of our intention to take ******** and civil action. Awaiting your urgent reply please?
