Vodacom :(
I ordered a cellphone contact online on the 23rd of November. Trying to find out what is going on is really a mission!!!!!!! Still haven't received the call back I requested 2 times already. I have phoned them twice but having to hold on for more than 10 minutes ! (which isn't free because I am not with Vodacom) ...and I would really like to take out a contract somewhere else due to this useless service.
