VODACOM
My previous complaints about my phone that was not fixed after several times, The customer care called me and them said I must return the phone to Vodacom Clearwater. This was done and the phone was returned two weeks ago, up until today and calling Vodacom Clearwater on several times no answer, This is at a stage where they don't even take my call anymore . ALL I NEED IS A NEW PHONE . HOPEFULLY SOMEONE AT VODACOM HEADOFFICE ALSO GET THIS AND PLEASE SORT ME OUT THIS HAS BEEN GOIN ON FOR WAY TO LONG.
PLEASE, PLEASE ,PLEASE I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO ANY MORE
MAYBEY SOMEONE CAN GIVE ME LEGAL ADVISE
