Vodacom

I recently wrote a review on my experience at the Vodacom shop at ********** I received a reply from Vodacom on hellopeter stating that i will be contacted by a consultant. This never happened. Just proving to me that Vodacom don't care one bit about their clients. Their reply on hellopeter was obviously worth nothing. I understand now that Vodacom employees can do what they want and treat clients the way they want to, with no consequences. No wonder they have such a bad name. Pity....
