Vodacom
I've indicated on my Vodacom contract that my personal information should not be shared. I received a call from Vodacom where a product was offered to me. Vodacom admitted that the information was incorrect and I ended up with a high bill agter I indicated that my budget is under R600 for Vodacom. They informed me that they wil cancel the contract and also after investigation indicated that misleading/false information was provided telephonically. It is still not cancelled. I phoned Vodacom to follow up and they promosed to call me back. This also did not happen.
