Vodacom??????

About 60 days ago I received an sms from Vodacom telling me that I am due for an upgrade I immediately got on the phone with the customer care division and explained to them that I do not wish to upgrade this contract could they please cancel, I was told to phone 30 days prior,the following month I phoned again the consultant then asked me to phone back again as his system was offline(all tactics to not proceed with cancelation) my husband managed to get it canceled, however vodacom still did a deduction? We inquired and wanted to do a porting and believe it or not STILL CONTRACT, Yesterday we went to do a swim swop at a Vodacom store in Baywest the gentleman that was available pretended to not see us and went to the back, we went to the second Vodacom shop where the service was equally Bad, it is almost 24 hours later and I am still awaiting network on the simswop. RIDICULOUS HORRIBLE SERVICE, they are totally dragging there feet when one wants to cancel and port. YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE LEADING CELLULAR NETWORK ANY LONGER!!!
