Vodacom

My phone got ****** and the ********* where calling me using my Vodacom sim for an ewallet.

The ***** said someone sold her the phone, and her name is Jennifer, she works in Midrand vodaworld.

I called vodaworld to ask for help and no one helped.

********* officially work for Vodacom.

Booysens police station and jhb central police station refused to trace the imei number

Vodacom refused to trace the SIM either.

I called Vodacom the minute it got ****** to block the SIM, the useless person failed to do so.

To date, I lost R127 airtime and R27 rechargeable airtime.

All Vodacom did was telling me get the number I called them from, then they will listen to the call and get back to me, it's been a month now.

Terrible service.
