Vodacom

My husband works out of country on 6 occasions he has given vodacom a letter with the copy of general/overall power of attorney stating I have complete access use managing of the vodacom account.he has gone into our Richardsbay branch as we. He also has emailed them on many occasions. Every time I Need assistance I am turned down. This explains why so many are terminating contracts etc. This is pure incompetence. How long will this go on.. When will a Hobbs done 1st time and be effective every time after.

2nd myself and hundreds are billed for subscribed things we cancel and it is back on our billing..

Boy let us not pay account we are cut off......but our urgent needs requests etc are ignored not worked on.
