Vodacom

So how does one become a victim and ******** in one go? Have your phone ****** and then accused by Vodacom that your sim swop is **********. After having my phone ****** on Saturday, I did what I thought best, have the phone blocked and request a sim swop. In the Vodacom store in the East Rand mall, the manageress saw it fit to discuss my “case” with other people in the store.

I demanded to know who gives her the right to discuss my incident with other people, to which she said “we were just talking and she asked” whoever this she is. I demanded to know the names of the staff but this was not given to me.

Firstly the manageress gave me the incorrect sim. I then had to return on Sunday and request another sim. This was then done for the mano sim card which is what I actually needed. The phone dies still not work. I then went to the Vodacom store in Menlyn Maine just to be informed that my line has been blocked because of ********** activity. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!!!!!!

As a customer with numerous accounts with Vodacom to be accused of this is an absolute ****** disgrace.

The staff are completely useless, rude and ***********.
