My account has been suspend even they I spoke to them on 9 November 2017 to update my banking details, which they supposedly did and a debit order was supposed to have been taken on 15 November 2017. However, I have been accused of not having sufficient funds, my credit rating with Vodacom has been affected. According to my bank, no debit order was taken on 15 November and if there was a problem it would have been declined which was not the case. I have been a customer for over 15 years and this is how I get treated. I take exception to have been accused of not having sufficient funds as I have and always will honour my payments on due date. You get shifted from one person to the next, no reference number and every person tells you a different story. You can never speak to any senior person as they say it is not possible. This is not acceptable Vodacom!
