Vodacom
Vodacom is the worst service provider that I have ever come across. I have a pending query on my account, and I have been sent from pillar to post with no success. They don't respond to email queries and I have to phone in every two minutes because of dropped calls, and then speak to a consultant who doesn't know the history of the query. Customer care is non existent and their service is pathetic.
