Vodacom

I received a phone call from Vodacom to inform that I would be able to pay less for my Business Top Up package if they migrate me to a UChoose Flexi 500 plan. I accepted it as I received the same benefits for R251-00 less per month.

After 2 or 3 days, I noted that most of my airtime vanished. I then phoned Vodacom on 5 March 2017 and asked what has happened with my airtime - something is wrong?

They said that whoever did the migration, did it incorrectly i.e. they migrated me from 500 Business Top Up package to a UChoose Flexi 150 plan instead of UChoose Flexi 500.

Now my airtime is no more. I have to buy extra airtime i.e. more expenses money wise, although my Vodacom account was paid to get 500 minutes, not 150.

I have waited for a week for them to correct their mistake, but to no avail.

It is now the 13th of March and hours of arguing with Vodacom, but I have not received any joy from them.

This is a utterly bad mistake they made, inconvenience to the client and with such bad experience, I would inform all my friends, family and others I know, not to take out contracts with Vodacom or accept any specials products and/or specials via telephone.
