Vodacom... 20gb minus 2.2gb is 17.8gb and NOT 2gb... Get some Higher Grade Math IT Enginners to work for you!

Dear Vodacom

Today is the 7th of April 2021 (7 days into the new month)

I am on a 20gb (day) + 20gb (night) data plan.....

I got an sms saying that i have less than 10gb left on my daytime data

I openend the Vodacom app, and it says i have 2.5gb left of my 20gb day data....

But when i open my DETAILED DATA USESAGE, Vodacom says i have used 2.2gb in the last 7 days....

My math isn't that great, but 20gb minus 2.2gb is 17.8gb lleft and not 2.5gb...

Or are you employing IT engineers with Math LIT straight from school to do your subtraction?

Or do i need to explore other service providers with more capable IT engineers that can subtract properly?
