Vodacom 2019?

This will me my second review in the past two weeks about Vodacom following my expiernce I had with their staff over the festive season. Vodacom is big company and has been my service provider for many a year although this is unfortunately not the first unpleasant experience I have had with them it will surely be my last, I'm not gonna bother with dates since this is a review for people that is considering whether or not to use vodacom as their service provider. This is my thoughts and expiernce after the last incedent that messed up my festive season and left a bitter taste in my mouth thinking whenever I think about it, it goes as follows, I have 3 contracts with vodacom one for myself one for my girlfriend and the other one was a tablet I only got for the data, I visited vodashop last year November to upgrade the one contract that expired, the lady at the shop was very helpful and professional helping me upgrade and walking me through all I needed to know so I decided to query about my personal phones contract aswell and when I would it be viable to upgrade said contract and I was told I was eligible for an upgrade and thus I did all was good and well no hastles but my feelings of satisfaction was short lived and what had followed was an endless struggle with vodacom customer care wich till this day was unable to complety help me, when I got my bill early December I saw somthing was off it was much more than I expected it to be after quering about it I was serpised to find out I was indeed not eligible for an upgrade yet and I had to pay for the remaining month of my previous contract in addition to the new contract. I was not happy but I left it as is, but then when the time came for Vodacoms debit order to deduct it went from bad to worse all my debit orders went through except for Vodacoms I phoned them worried that they were gonna deduct twice in January, two times I phoned them that day asking them what's going on to which they rep**** everything is paid in full I have nothing to worry about, now I knew this could not be and at this point with Christmas around the corner it's safe to say I was not happy at all, it wasn't even a week since I phoned them that I got a message from vodacom stating I haven't paid with a reference number, I was livid it was the weekend before Christmas I asked my girlfriend to phone them cos I would not be able to talk to them, she proceeded to ask them if they can't just deduct the money from my bank account so we could be done with this unpleasant business but no not vodacom, the struggle to pay them would go on till today the second of January when I finally decided to phone my bank for help vodacom had me try paying them online I were at the vodashop where I upgraded telling them whole unpleasant story that even their own staff told me that they wouldn't just leave it there and that I should call their accounts department and complain but that they too was unable to help me so that I can pay my bill and that I should pay using the vodacom app which you can't use to pay vodacom by the way, this was the Monday the day before Christmas I went home phoned vodacoms accounts department where I spoke to a very rude lady to which I was just as rude at this point because she aswell was unable to help me but what she did do was tell me that vodacom has penilized me for late payment and that it has been added to my bill at that point, how ironic I remember saying to myself. That was the point I gave up and decided I was going to try and forget about this unpleasantness till new year but I didn't it was in the back of my head the whole time see I'm not a rich business man with a vodacom red account and lots of extras, I make due with what I have and as miniscule an amount this must seem to the people reading this it makes a dent in my salary especially after Christmas and new years this morning on the second of January I asked my girlfriend to phone vodacom for me again she spoke to a lady which cancelled my debit order and arranged to have the money I owe vodacom paid back over the next two months but was still unable to clear up how this would come to pass since there would seem no way possible for me to able to pay them so I phoned my bank and in a matter of minutes I was helped if I only thought about calling my bank earlier instead of struggling with vodacoms staff for almost two weeks without end I could of saved myself a lot of misery, well this is my story I'm sure there are many many like this I feel it unfair to have to pay for vodacoms mistakes and that a company as big as vodacom should have staff that are better trained to handle problems like this I have never experienced service from any business I've dealt with this level of unprofessionality before and I highly doubt ill continue my contracts with vodacom after they expire.
