Vodacom - 1st price in NON-SERVICE AND ****MING.
Vodacom increases prices on fixed contracts and refuses to communicate about it in any way whatsoever. The only response I got was " you pay vodacom what we want or we cut you off" meaning Vodacom says they will *****, de***** and do as Vodacom likes. A 24 month contract to vodacom is NOT delivering the service and expecting the customers to pay for 29 months. I have been a customer since 1996 and am regretting the association with vodacom more every day. yodacom does not even respond to Hello Peter notices. For a communications company vodacom certainly does not have any communication abilities at all. Will have to report to ICASA and start communicating in person.
