Vodacom

I had an ACC at Vodacom and I lost my foun last of last year so I stop paying my ACC coz the situation was very bad for me then I decided to start paying my ACC I thnk it was last year if I'm not mistaken so Im paying every month but they don't send prof of payment and they don't update me with my ACC but once I didn't pay for it maybe I day they start calling me telling me I have to pay my ACC mean while I DNT even know how much my outstanding or how much I have to pay I cal them this month I wanted to know how much I'm owing coz they don't send invoices they told me I'm owing 3190 while on September 30 around 10 o'clock they send me an invoice of 1771.94 they said it's my outstanding so I wanted to know how come I have to pay that 30190 the lady who was helping me over the foun she was very rude to me even today I don't even know how much I'm owing Vodacom coz they gave me to different amount
