Finally, after Vodacom handed me over for an account that I settled two years ago, the matter has now been finalized. With the proof of payments I submitted, they checked on their side and have now provided me with my settlement account. Just a friendly advice, always save your payments and documents as proof, because they know most of us usually don’t keep them, later on they will reopen that account
