Vodacom

I have no words for the terrible service that I have received from Vodacom. This has been going on since October 2016. I was told to go instore to have the change of ownership done. Which I did and was advised that this was done successfully and the debit orders will be taken from my account from November month. Every month without dely the debit order was taken.. But they kept locking my account. I must of called in about 16 times to have the matter resolved and sent in 2 Hello peter complaints. Not once did I ever get a call back from a manager to apologise for the disgusting service. After 2 months of the debits coming off same time every month as requested and no issue.. All of a sudden Vodacom starts locking my number again when They advised me the last time I made contact the matter has been resolved. They keep telling me that because my account is linked to another name(WHICH I HAD CHANGED AT TOKAI BRANCH AND WAS ADVISED IT WAS SUCCESFUL) they keep locking my account. Then I get harrassed with constant phone calls and messages to say my acount has not been paid when every month a set debit amount gets taken out my account for my contract.. I honestly dont think Vodacom realises the seriousness of the matter. And they still have the audacity to tell me that every customeris having the same problem.. Which is a load of nonsense if you tell me! So after calling in on the 5th Febuary +-10:15 AM and speaking to a customer agent she advised me the account will be unlocked and that a manager by the name of Marlin will contact me back to let me know my query has been escalated. WELL my account was unlocked but im STILL waiting for a manager to contact me.. Then at 19:56 PM I received a message to say my account has been locked again.. Called at 20:07PM and waited almost 27minutes on the line tohave this resolved and I actually ended the call because the customer service agent I spoke to transfered me into some line where I waited ages to be assisted that I actually just gave up.. I have once again called in on the 6th Feb at 07:07 and was transfered to Xolisa in the solutions dept who told methat the matter has been escalated and that they will seperate my number from the original account and send notification to the company which keeps harassing me with constant messages and calls.. I need this matter sorted because such a big company and this has been going on since October 2016. It become a joke now and I have got to the point where im seeking legal advice because im paying or a service that I spend more time on the phone with them to unlock my number because of their own error and because of the constant harra*****t.. The last reference i received was1- ********** 046252 ansI want this sorted and I promise you if this happened again... i will take it further..
