Vodacom

On the of the 6th of July 2016 vodacom blacklisted my iPhone 6. I had to run around and no one could pick up what the problem was including iStore only to find out Vodacom had blacklisted my phone. I had to be phoneless for 3 weeks for that issue to be sorted, when I asked Vodacom why my phone was blacklisted I never got a straight answer the consultant told me that they don't know. I told them I am not satisfied with that answer and they apologized and gave me R 200 airtime which was not even a fraction of what struggle and revenue that I lost. I thought we had moved on and then on the 2nd week of November my phone looses signal again. Then we back with the running around from iStore to Vodacom and back only to find this time that there's nothing wrong with the phone as it takes all networks except Vodacom. I was told to port to another network but I can't because I had purchased a year's subscription of data. That data ended up being useless because I couldn't use it as once again Vodacom has made the phone useless to use. The phone has now become a gadget that only works on wifi as it can't make or receive calls, I was informed I should take it to a Vodacom store to have it checked out, but that was a challenge for me because I receive iCloud emails on that phone where I am dealing with my customers for my business and that will take 7 - 14 days and I can't afford to loose sales. Now things have died down and I finally can take the phone to Vodacom and When I get there I'm told they need to reinstall some software which will be R330 and if that doesn't work then they'll have install the the whole new software of the phone which will cost me 5.5k. The other option was to move to another network but why should I move to another network if the phone was bought at a Vodacom shop and all these issues started when they blacklisted the phone with no reason or explanation. Vodacom must take responsibility and get my phone sorted or get me another phone as I won't be paying a cent or wasting fuel go to Midrand for their mess. It is only right that they take responsibility, I also have the emails from them when they acknowledge that they apologize for blacklisting my phone for no reason.
