<p>Previously I called complained on the Vodacom page about my data being depleted so quickly. I was advised to send certain details so my query can be investigated..i decided to call saturday afternoon which I must say the agent was helpful and I got a response.today on the 16/01/2017 at 20:56I called vodacom to enquire regarding my data that I bought of 250mb..my call was answered by Sinethemba I explained to her and asked her if she can check how much data am I being charged per megabyte ,alos if the is other apps roaming that are chowing my dats..she responded with so much atitude snd aggression..I thought one of your services was to retain clients. I guesd I was wrond I asked her is this how quality coaches trained her to speak to clients she answered me with such confidance and said I qoute "YES..i even told her then I should change networkd cause I am not happy with her response..She said" I can go to any network wether its Cell C, Mtn or Vodacom they will still charge the same price..and do what you feel its right for you..You can go to those networks..So I asked so that's how things are going to be..she said Yes..i am not a person who complains but she could even empathize with me let alone understand my frustrations she just gave me a whole lot of Bull ********** I am dissapointed cause the agents talk to clients in this manner knowing that there wont be any action or investigations done against them. </p>
