Vodacom

<p>took my phone to vodacom canal walk for repair to be told I would get my phone back on Christmas Day....lol. Two and a half hours in the shop, 4 consultants later and everyone of them had a different opinion on the repair of the phone...not sure who is training them!!!! Called twice for store managers to call me, one being Shanaaz and well guess what not ONE of them have called me let alone a repair person. Silence is obviously golden but my silence ain't golden because after 17 years with Vodacom I would have though I'd get VIP treatment....not in this country. So I guess peeps don't use this store as they are USELESS!!!! Social media here I come.....</p>
