Vodacom

Vodacom deliberately do not accept an email I wrote for cancellation even though the Consumer Protection Act clearly states that a cancelation must be done in writing. They insist that I have to call, but I work night shift and their cancelation department only works business hours. That is why I could only send an email. There is a clear predatory business practice deliberately done by Vodacom to trap customers and unduly benefit from it. I am looking for a consumer protection lawyer who is willing to take this matter to the ombudsman. We need to stop this company to exploit people. I had another incident earlier this year, where I can prove how they refuse to do refund even though they made the mistake. They do this to draw interest from our money. Please comment if you want to help. Thanks
