<p>I sent in my phone to be repaired under warranty and it was escualted to Jhb in the mean time I have tried over and over to speak to someone or to get someone to call me who is above the repairs department to no avail - each time I get the same reply someone will contact you well a week later and still no contact.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i want is to esculate my problem to someone outside the repair shop and not at shop level.</p> <p> </p> <p>What does a person have to do to get this resolved</p> <p> </p>
