Vodacom ****

Terrible experience!!!! The biggest ****mers!!!! They delivered a cellphone with 2 sims- apparently 1 is for data and another is for minutes, I explained I already have an active data sim with 50G from MTN so can they port my active vodacom prepaid number where they will put the minutes, the agent declined and said its impossible I should remove my MTN to accomodate their sim cards. I asked to cancel but they decided to debit my account. Their stupid sim cards are still not active, my number has been blocked and cannot call their call centre. Vodacom are big ****mers!!!!!!
