I took my cell in for repairs on the 3rd December. They send an sms for me to contact them on the 4th. I call in and they say i must pay in R1089 to replace battery. This cell has given me problems before and was sent in for repairs previously. Firstly i do not see why i should be paying in that amount for a faulty cell in the first place. They still want to charge to back up my information on the cell. They expect me to call by sending an sms. The first time i gave my cell in, they returned it to me filthy. I have been a loyal vodacom customer and i am a paying quite a bit for my cell. I am just disgusted and disappointed with the service i received from vodacom.
