Vodacom

I have sent numerous emails requesting an update on my account and I have had NO response. I sent proof of payment of the account and I am still waiting after nearly 3 weeks for a response from Vodacom. However you are constantly harassing Mrs Smit about the account. You are threatening her and bullying her into paying an account that has already been paid. You are trying to intimidate her by threatening to blacklist her and yet we are waiting for you to do your job. This phone number was mine and I have been a client of Autopage for over 16 years and NEVER have a had any problems with Autopage and my account was always up to date. The account was moved to Vodacom and because of their administration they have not picked up my last payment.

Now I am telling you, this is not a threat, that I am taking the matter further. I am sure that VVM is renowned for bullying clients so I am taking this to social media. I am going to also send an email to Carte Blanche and I am going to ask them to do an investigation on how many people get harassed and threatened by your company PLUS I am going to report you to the NCA as I am sure this is not acceptable. You will read about this on Hello Peter and I am reporting you to Vodacom as I am sure they are unaware of your bullying tactics. Your staff are rude and I do not care if the person on the other end of the phone is guilty of not paying his/her accounts, they have NO right to treat people the way they do.

Your internal system sucks as the one person does not know what the next one is doing. I get told there will be notes on the system and that nobody will harass us until the matter has been resolved but yet the next day they start phoning and sending harassing sms’s again!!!

You will see that I have copied Vodacom legal department. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
