Vodacom

<p>I received a Hauwei R216 Router from Baymondo on 11 August 2016, due to fact that we do not have Data reception at my physical address, I cancelled to contract on 15 August 2016 by phone and email. As from then I am battleing to get this contract cancelled. Spoken to about 17 people at Buymondo and Vodacom. On the 31 October 2016 a amount of R4708,28 was deducted from my bank account and as from the 31 October 2016 I have spoken to 11 people to get my money back. Till this morning no answer what so ever. Email was send to the CEO Mr Shameel Joosub at Vodacom on 03 Nov 2016 and nobody reply back to me. So with what kind of company are we working with in the cellphone business. Just asking???????</p>
