Vodacom, -12 Stars.

We attempted to transfer a Vodacom account over from a deceased estate to a surviving spouse, sent all of the relevant documentation to *** and was told that transfers can only be done in store. We went to a store, provided all of the documents again and also e-mailed them afterwards and were told the transfer takes about 72 hours. It's now three weeks later and Vodacom didn't end up transferring the account, but deleted the numbers from their system. The surviving spouse who is elderly has had no means of communicating for weeks and no way to drive back and forth between stores as he can't drive. He can't even arrange an UBER due to not having any cellphone service. When we take the matter up with the shop consultant, our e-mails just get read without answer. Customer services just forwards our messages on to different departments who never get back to us. If I could give Vodacom -12 stars I would. They don't care about the consumer or their losses.
